end of the weekend

yeah. another weird weekend in bjorn-land. Went to Bev and Tanayle's barbecue on Saturday; there was good food, and it turned out to actually be quite stress-free, which was suprising and happy. Went to the Manor party afterward; hoped to get to catch Reijo and Drusiphur there, but they spent the whole time holed up in Darryl's room, and Darryl would shout "GET OUT!" every time someone came into the room (they were trying to play chess).

Waugh. I hunger. I can't quite make myself walk all the way from the WWU computer lab to the store. Feh. Especially since I've got my big ASP book in my bag... but I must go sometime... might as well be now... How Soon Is Now? ... I don't know, but I sure hope it's soon. Yar.

I've just had ... a good day. First one in a while. It was beautiful and sunny and not too hot, and after class I got to go and sit on a porch and have a glass of elderberry wine, in the cool shade, and look out on the world in the truly relaxed way that people on a porch can achieve.
