unending frustration

It has now been over a week and a half since I reported a claim on my car to insurance and the adjuster has YET TO LOOK AT THE CAR, largely due to equal parts vacation time and incompetence. After the regular adjuster finally got back from vacation (the one they had subbing for him never made it to Bellingham due to snow) he went to the wrong repair shop. What kind of IDIOTS are they?! Stars above...
