quite a night.

That was quite an evening. Had dinner with 01flux at the house of a couple of new friends of mine, Dan and Kate, who I met entirely randomly at the Denny's near icebluenothing's apartment last August. Wonderful people. Wonderful chicken alfredo. Mmm. Sooo gooooood.

Then we all piled in my car and went off to the Mercury, where EVERYBODY IN THE WHOLE ENTIRE WIDE WORLD had decided to go. Well, almost. It sure seemed like it, anyway. I spent the evening flitting back and forth between wendolen, morgyne, windbourne, helix90 and many others, including captainzap who almost never comes out! It was lovely. And there was even the American couple, Tim and Ana, who I met at Slimelight in London. It was bouncy happy social hyperactivity.

And I finally made me some new lj icons; I bet you're all kind of tired of my bird-and-star sigil. So I've added the Happy Irken Logo and the Irken Invader insignia, since I love them little tacos.
