(no subject)

I actually managed to ski on an actual ski run today. This is an astonishing feat for me. I've been more than a little afraid of skiing ever since my one and only attempt to do so in Colorado as a child ended in disaster (my first run down the mountain I fell and twisted my knee so badly I couldn't walk for a week.)

I'm enjoying this. Definitely going again next season.
