Actually, she's a Japanese composer who does a lot of anime soundtracks.
Her credits include the soundtracks to Macross Plus, Cowboy Bebop and the upcoming Escaflowne movie.
She's really quite amazing.
(She is Not J-Pop, either. Very very not J-pop. J-something, definitely, but not J-pop.)
When the hell are we jamming, Holly? I haven't seen you since Gwen's birthday party or something.
