I believe "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" refers to homosexual behaviour, not yerself actually being a homosexual. (I don't know that telling them that you lust in your heart for members of the same sex would get you booted. I'm pretty sure telling them that you screw members of your same sex would.)
Bisexuals do engage in homosexual behaviour at times. Thus, I would think it does.
Well, when you talk to super-conservative assholes, everything is black and white - so if you are attracted to the same sex, you're a freaking homo in their book.
Yes. Yes, it does. Anything that can be interpreted the wrong way. Case in point. My command is quite aware of my relationship history with males. However, I still get pulled in for questioning about some of my Alice things, which they think 'no woman should want to have, those are clearly designed with male eyes in mind', and you wouldn't even want to /know/ the kind of questions I got when I went with some guys from work to a strip club here. However..they will not separate you for things like that. You will only get discharged for clear admission of actual activity. (So if you're gay, but can never get a date, you're fine) Hey.
