went to the northwest high tech job fair that everyone and their brother's web designer seems to want to go to.
it sucked. not much there that i could see. a whole bunch of companies pulled out at the last minute, and the only thing left were recruiting agencies, trainers and community colleges, along with the usual microsoft and voicestream presence.
i went to a good seminar on interviewing, though, so there was that.
i also ran into gray, who i haven't seen in months and have only had an actual conversation with... ever, really, and we swapped horror stories from the job-search field over cigarettes outside the convention center.
today's great irony? i had to call in sick to "work" this morning in order to go to this job fair.
and now my head is spinning and won't stop and i'm all tired and achey. *sigh*
must. not. get. sick.
