eriktown: Quite. Apparently Martin's parents own a cabin just outside the town. He goes down there and has dinner on his birthday.
Stonescream: Ah, I see. There aren't any strange ritual sacrifices or anything, are they? This all sounds very mysterious indeed. "Once every year, Martin must return, to feast of the food of the seas, and keep his strange vitality strong.."

But the vast caves worn in to the Basalt cliffs of Oregon are truely mysterious.
