resolutions

kespernorthIt is that time of year, I know, and I feel a little bit foolish talking about resolutions when it is such a cliche. But as Allyson often points out, rituals are important, and making resolutions at the beginning of a new year is a pretty powerful one indeed.
I've made some personal resolutions, like dieting and losing weight, but the one that I really want to talk about involves all of you. I've lost contact with a lot of you, indeed I hardly see a lot of you any more due to time or distance or any number of other things. But I want to change that. I resolve to be a better friend, to seek people out more and hopefully be sought in return. I miss you folks.
